Louis Vuitton Makes The Announcement About Its Pre-Fall 2024 Show In Shanghai

Louis Vuitton is returning to Asia for its pre-fall 2024 collection. The show will take place at Long Museum West Bund in Shanghai on 18th April 2024.

The pre-fall show will mark the rebranding of the shows from this French Fashion Mughal. The destination shows of the brand will be called Louis Vuitton Voyager Shows. The rebranding will celebrate the connection of the brand with traveling.

In this context, Pietro Baccari, the CEO of Louis Vuitton, stated in a recent interview,

“Vuitton’s history is linked to travel and will be increasingly linked to travel. It will be an asset that we will also bet on to give a bit of surprise to our end customer who sees a fundamental value in travel, in surprise, and in the discovery of new destinations.”

The pre-fall 2024 collection of Louis Vuitton in Shanghai will have the work of Nicolas Ghesquière, the creative director of Louis Vuitton. Further, the location Louis Vuitton has chosen as the venue, Long Museum West Bund, is a museum that stands out with its vast collection and architectural excellence.

Along with celebrating the brand’s connection with traveling, the show will also bolster Louis Vuitton’s association with China. It has been more than 30 years since Louis Vuitton opened its first storefront in China in 1992. The first Louis Vuitton storefront was at the Peninsula Hotel in Beijing.

In addition, anticipations are high regarding the pre-fall 2024 show of Louis Vuitton in Shanghai post the pre-fall 2024 show of the collection by Pharell Williams. Before the event kickstarted, the designer and singer stated,
